Intelligent Floor Drain

Why intelligent floor drain?
The floor drain should be with four functions: drainage, anti-blocking, deodorization, drying prevent. But the drainers in market are mostly with single function only. Now let GEAGLE brings you brand new intelligent floor drain, which combined all the functions.
Features

The intelligent floor drain is composed of two parts: controller and floor drain:

Installation guide of controller
1. Loosen the screw, separate the panel, construction protection and box.

2. Connect the intelligent controller to inlet and outlet pipe, then open the water valve, check the connection of water pipe to make sure not leaking.

3. Connect the intelligent controller outlet pipe to outlet of floor drain and make sure no leaking.

4. Connect the waterproof connector which behind of the panel to the valve and battery case (please be sure that the battery case has already be with right batteries in right way). The unit will flush one time automatically (about one minute)to ensure the product works well and no leaking.

5. If you like to recheck, please disconnect the plug and repeat the above process.

6. Put the protection panel onto the box to prevent the unit from damage.

7. Put the tiles or granites around the protection panel.

8. Move the protection panel after fixing the tiles or granites.

9. Fix the face plate on the control box with the screw from protection panel.

Installation guide of floor drain
Please make sure the installation place of floor drain is in the lowest place of decoration surface before installation; Connect a 50mm sewer pipe to the water outlet of floor drain.
1. Put the floor drain on the sewer pipe and fix it with seal gum.

2. Fill the gap with cement plaster all around.

3. Perforate in the floor tile according to the width of floor drain and spread it on the floor.

Battery replacement

1. When the battery life is ending the indicator light will blink and controller will not work.

2. When the light blink please change the battery in time.

3. Use four 7# (AAA) batteries. Do not mix the old and new battery together.

4. Take off the face plate, get out the battery box unscrew four screws with screw driver.

5. Put the new battery adapt to "+" and "-"

6. Close the battery box, put it back and connect the connection .

Cleaning of strainer and solenoid valve

Strainer cleaning

Please clean the strainer when have below conditions:

1. After installation and used some times.

2. Using over half year

3. No water supply or very less water in the drainer.

Cleaning step

1. Close water from the stop valve by screwdriver.

2. Remove the strainer cover, take out the strainer.

3. Clean the strainer, make sure all the holes are unblocked.

4. Put back the strainer and close the cover, open water.

Note: the strainer must be embedded in positioning hole, to prevent the deformation and fracture.

Solenoid valve cleaning

1. Remove the face plate, disconnect the connectors.

2. Close water from the stop valve by screwdriver.

3. Take off the solenoid valve with screwdriver, clean the rubber diaphragm, ensure it is no impurity. Install the solenoid valve back to valve body.

4. Open water and close the face plate.
